How will opportunities work?

SoCo Angels will:

– Uncover and communicate opportunities to our network

– Support and connect individuals interested in investing

– Provide education on Angel Best Practices

– Search for and support early opportunities ($100K – $250K need)

– Search for and support more mature opportunities ($150K – $250 need)

Perform diligence and create syndicates for deals that meet our investment criteria.”.

The SoCo Angels is open to accredited investors located anywhere in the U.S.  Our club is free to join and has no obligations.  By joining, you can receive our monthly newsletter that highlights investor and startup activity in the Southern Colorado region.  Additionally, the SoCo Angels hosts networking events, webinars on a variety of topics, and can facilitate introductions to founders or other angel investors.
